Follow this instructions and steps carefully and exactly the same.
(except for the ingredients)
The Ingredients:
- 250g San Remo Instant Lasgana.
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, finely chooped
- 1 carrot, finely chooped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 500g of mince beef ( I used Ramley mince beef )
- 5 tbsp tomato pastes ( I use fresh tomatoes)
- 2 x 400g canned tomatoes( I use Prego [Traditional taste] )
- 2 cups chicken stock ( I use Knoor chicken cube stock, 2cubes in separate cups, use hot water to melt the cubes mix it at time when your cooking your meat sauce )
- Salt and peppers to taste ( not to much, because other ingredient is salty )
- Pinch of nutmeg ( I only buy the giant supermarket, grated directly from the nutmeg until its enough like a pinch [nutmeg in BM is buah pala {kering} )
- 2 tbsp of butter ( any will do [unsalted ones] )
- 2 tbsp plain flour ( any will do )
- 2 cups of milk ( any will do )
- 125g Mozzarella or cheddar cheese ( I use Mozzarella cheese, because of its sweet taste and able to balance with my meat sauce spiciness )
I like it spicy a lil bit, so I mix 5 tbsp of Blended dried chili paste that I boiled before blender it. If you like it spicier.. have it your way. ^^,v
